ARF Manila (ARF Philippines Inc.) is an SEC Registered Non-Stock, Non-Profit Animal Welfare and Rescue Organization based in the Philippines. We were founded on January 10, 2018 with a shared interest and love for animals. Our primary purpose is to promote animal welfare through animal rescue activities and responsible pet parenthood.
Although we do our part to raise funds to support our operations, we still need the generous donations from good and kind-hearted people like you.

We are currently a volunteer-based organization that mostly depend on your generous spirit through donations. Our main focus is rescuing stray dogs and cats and get them the medical treatment they need. After that, we also perform a very intensive adoption screening process to ensure we find them the perfect FUR-EVER FAMILY they truly deserve.
We try our best to help as many rescue cases as we can but due to our limited resources and funds, we are almost always at full capacity. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. If we cannot handle your case, we can still help in other ways.
Although we do not have a shelter, we try to find suitable fosters and adopters when needed.
Although we do not have an in-house vet, we have access to rescue-friendly veterinary clinics.
Note: We promote RESPONSIBLE PET PARENTHOOD so we encourage pet owners to take responsibility of their dogs and cats. This is one of the reasons why we focus on strays.
